Same-Day Illness Care
Walk-In Illness Treatment in Berkeley Heights, NJ
Sage Urgent Care provides same-day walk-in treatment for common illnesses — colds, flu, COVID, strep, UTI, sinus infections, ear infections, and more. Open 7 days, 8 AM to 8 PM. No appointment needed. Most insurance accepted.
When you're sick, the last thing you want is to wait days for a primary care appointment. Sage Urgent Care evaluates and treats common illnesses the same day, with on-site rapid testing for flu, COVID, RSV, and strep — so you leave with a diagnosis, a treatment plan, and prescriptions filled (when appropriate) the same visit.
Our two board-certified emergency-medicine physicians, Vadim Fradlis, DO and Jacob Silberstein, MD, treat the full range of acute illness from typical respiratory infections to UTIs to skin infections to gastrointestinal issues. We follow current evidence-based guidelines on antibiotic stewardship — meaning we prescribe antibiotics when there's clinical evidence of bacterial infection, not reflexively for every cough or sore throat.
