We're open every day, 8 AM to 8 PM, including weekends and most holidays. Last patient is typically accepted around 7:30 PM to allow time for evaluation.

We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Horizon BCBS NJ, Medicare, Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare, Humana, and Oxford. We also offer transparent self-pay rates for patients without insurance.

We treat a wide range of non-emergency conditions including minor injuries (cuts, sprains, fractures), common illnesses (cold, flu, strep, ear infections), allergies and asthma, UTIs, digestive issues, skin conditions, musculoskeletal problems, and we provide vaccinations, physicals, DOT/CDL exams, and on-site X-rays. We're a few minutes from both Route 78 and Route 22, and we serve patients from New Providence, Summit, Murray Hill, Mountainside, Chatham, Springfield, and surrounding towns.

Yes. We provide FMCSA-certified DOT physical exams for commercial drivers (CDL). Walk-ins welcome, most exams completed in 30-45 minutes, and you leave with your medical certificate the same day. Self-pay cost is $90–$120.

Yes. We offer walk-in sports physicals 7 days a week for $50 self-pay. NJSIAA pre-participation forms and school athletic forms are completed during the visit. Most exams take 20–30 minutes.

Yes. We provide pediatric urgent care for children of all ages (3 months and older) for fevers, ear infections, strep throat, rashes, sports injuries, school physicals, and more. No appointment needed, 7 days a week.

Yes. We have on-site digital X-ray available 7 days a week. Fractures, sprains, and other injuries requiring imaging can be diagnosed and treated in a single visit.

Our self-pay rates are $150–$200 for a typical urgent care visit. Sports physicals are $50. DOT physicals are $90–$120. Vaccines start at $35. We accept HSA and FSA cards.

A typical urgent care visit at our clinic takes 30 to 60 minutes from check-in to leaving with a treatment plan. Visits requiring X-ray or lab testing usually run closer to an hour. Urgent care handles non-emergency issues: illness, minor injuries, sprains, simple fractures, lacerations needing stitches, infections, mild asthma flare-ups. Go to the ER for chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe trouble breathing, head injuries with loss of consciousness, heavy uncontrolled bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or anything you think might be life-threatening. The terms are often used interchangeably. Both offer same-day, no-appointment care for minor illness and injury. Urgent care typically has broader capabilities — on-site X-ray, lab testing, IV fluids, fracture care, and laceration repair — which we offer at our Berkeley Heights location.

Yes. Walk in any day from 8 AM to 8 PM. For flu symptoms, we offer rapid in-clinic testing with results in about 15 minutes. If positive and you're within 48 hours of symptom onset, we can prescribe Tamiflu before you leave.

Yes — for adults and children. We examine the ear with an otoscope, identify whether it's a bacterial middle ear infection (otitis media) or another cause, and prescribe antibiotics when appropriate. Walk-in, same day. See our ear infection treatment page for details.

Yes, when clinically indicated. We prescribe antibiotics for confirmed bacterial infections — strep throat, urinary tract infections, bacterial sinusitis, skin infections, ear infections — but not for viral illnesses like the common cold, flu, or most sore throats. Over-prescribing antibiotics causes resistance, so we follow current guidelines.

Walk in any day for evaluation. We assess fever in the context of other symptoms — most pediatric fevers are viral and resolve on their own, but some require testing (strep, flu, UTI) or antibiotics.
